PL2 | Manager of Formal and Informal Education Field Units (Non-formal and Informal Education) | Functional personnel who are competent in managing institutions and programs in community education, non-formal and informal education (Formal and Informal Education Field), and Early Childhood Education (Early Childhood Education)—including planning, organizing, implementation, supervision, development, and quality assurance—as well as providing technical administrative services within educational units. These roles are essential to ensure smooth operations and successful program outcomes. This is achieved through continuous training, enhanced managerial skills, and the provision of adequate resources. By strengthening the capacity of functional personnel, it is expected that an efficient, high-quality, and sustainable management system for non-formal education and Early Childhood Education can be established. Competence in planning the management of PAID and Formal and Informal Education Field units and programs, which includes the ability to develop clear strategic plans based on community needs, and integrate educational objectives with appropriate approaches to optimize learning outcomes and community empowerment. Competence in organizing Early Childhood Education and Formal and Informal Education Field units and programs, which includes the ability to allocate resources, delegate tasks, and structure an effective organization to ensure smooth implementation and the achievement of educational goals. Competence in implementation within the management of Early Childhood Education and Formal and Informal Education Field units and programs, which involves the ability to execute planned activities, manage learning processes, and ensure that all program components align with the established goals while maintaining quality and effectiveness. Competence in supervision (monitoring and mentoring) of PAID and Formal and Informal Education Field units and programs, which includes the ability to conduct regular monitoring, provide guidance and direction to educators and staff, and evaluate outcomes to ensure that programs meet established standards and achieve community empowerment objectives. Competence in evaluation and development within the management of Early Childhood Education and Formal and Informal Education Field units and programs, which involves the ability to design innovative learning strategies, evaluate curricula, update teaching methods and materials, and create opportunities for capacity building among administrators, educators, and the community to improve educational quality and support sustainable program development.
